Desert Neuropathy Support Group

. . . We are here to help.

WHO WE ARE

The Desert Neuropathy Support Group was formed in 2008 by David Hines. We are affiliated with the Neuropathy Association, the leading national nonprofit organization serving the peripheral neuropathy community. The Neuropathy Association (neuropathy.org) provides support and education, advocates for patients' interests, and promotes research into the causes of and cures for neuropathy.

We are a caring group who find benefit in sharing our individual experiences with others impacted by neuropathy.

It may be difficult for family and friends to understand our neuropathy, but others with the condition can relate to our pain and other symptoms.  By sharing our individual
experiences, we all gain knowledge about medications, lifestyle tips,  doctors, and resources.

We know that what helps one person may not benefit another and what hasn't helped one individual may help another. But, we have found humor works for us all; it is the best revenge against neuropathy.

Is attending a support group meeting a depressing experience? Absolutely not with our group. We are a very upbeat group, and new members often find our meetings uplifting as well as informative.

Contact us, and we would be happy to provide you with additional information.
